A Commercial Temporary Staffing Agency start-up needed help with getting things off the ground, ROC assisted with creating a Bill Rate Sheet, Fee Options for hiring, and providing business leads. In addition, we created a Marketing Flyer, sourced potential leads and helped with the creation of their website.In this case we were paid an hourly rate with no set project duration time.

A medium-sized Office Supplies company’s Human Resource Director, the sole employee in their Human Resources Department, retained Recruiters on Call for recruitment help in filling multiple positions in their Accounting and Office Furniture divisions. We helped with job postings and primarily sourced candidates using provided credits on the Client’s Indeed account. We conducted first interviews and were successful in filling all assigned open positions, reached out to the Community and signed the Client up with the State Workforce website, while introducing them to virtual job fairs, This ongoing engagement was paid on an hourly rate with no set project time duration.

III-Large Client
Recruiters ON Call was retained for a 6-month contract by a large international Retail Services provider. Working as a Virtual In-House Recruiter we interviewed and hired candidates sourced through the Client’s ATS, in this case iCIMS, and job board accounts like Indeed. Assigned to assist in multiple US and Canadian locations, we successfully hired Merchandiser and Retail Sales staff averaging roughly 30 hires a weeki which was triple the rate of their average In-House Recruiters. In this scenario we were paid on an hourly rate for the 6-month engagement.
