A Law Firm retained ROC for 10 hours a week at an hourly rate to recruit and screen candidates for 5 open positions. After only 4 weeks all positions were filled at a nominal cost. Had the Law Firm engaged a Staffing Agency the Fees would have easily been between 30-45,000. At a 100.00 hourly rate the Cost Savings are:

This is equally true in a Temporary to Permanent scenario where hourly rates would average 30.00. If over a 12-week period the Cost to the Law Firm would be:
